- What are the arrival times at the residences ?
We welcome you on the day of your arrival:
- From 5 p.m. for weekly stays (7 nights or more)
- From 3pm for short stays (1 to 6 nights)
Reception times vary depending on the residence &and the time of year.
To find out how late you can arrive,contact the residence reception where you wish to stay. - What time do the flats have to be vacated?
- For weekly stays (from 7 nights) :
Your flat must be vacated by 10 am. - For short breaks (1 to 6 nights) :
Your flat must be vacated by 11am.

- Is it possible to check out outside reception hours?
- Yes. All you have to do is contact reception who will tell you how to proceed.
- Do I need to bring my own sheets and towels and clean up at the end of my stay?
- For a short stay (1 to 6 nights)
- Bed linen and 2 sets of towels are included, beds are made on arrival and final cleaning is included (except kitchen area and crockery).
- Extra towel kits can be hired for more than 2 people. - For a weekly stay (7 nights or more)

- Are the flats equipped for babies?
Yes, the residences can provide you with the following services, subject to prior reservation:
- Baby cots (for children aged 0 to 2 years, standard NF EN 716) with fitted sheet
- Baby chairs (from 6 months).
- Are cats and dogs accepted?
Yes, pets are allowed under the following conditions :
- Rate : 6 € per animal / night, 40 € per animal / week
- Anti-rabies certificate required
- Pets must always be kept on a lead in the residence.
- Can residences accommodate unaccompanied minors?
- Our Residences are not part of a Holiday and Leisure Centre within the meaning of Decree no. 2002-883 dated 3 May 2002, and are not authorised to provide group or individual holidays outside the family home for minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by their legal guardians.
- We may refuse access to the flat to any unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 and cancel their holiday immediately.
- Is television included?
- Yes, in all residences and for any length of stay.
- How can I meet other holidaymakers?
- At the welcome drinks organised once a week in each residence.

- Is a deposit required?
- Yes, in all residences "Mer" et "Montagne", On arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200.
- For apartment hotels Mer & Golf City :
- For a stay of between 1 and 4 nights, a credit card pre-authorisation for the value of the first night.
- For stays of 5 to 29 nights, a deposit of €200 is required.
You will be given an inventory sheet listing everything you have at your disposal in the flat.
On arrival, it is important that you check the general condition of your accommodation and the inventory of equipment and linen, and that you mention any defects or missing items before initialling the document.
The deposit will be returned to you after you have paid for any ancillary services consumed on site, the flat has been inspected and compensation has been deducted for any damage, breakages, deterioration, unpaid services and loss of flat keys. - Are the promotional offers communicated by Mer & Golf cumulative, retroactive and unlimited?
- Unless otherwise stated, all our promotional offers are non-retroactive and non-cumulative and apply to a limited number of flats.
