- Security deposit of 200 € per flat + a cleaning deposit (depending on the chosen typology), to be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card) and returnable on the day of departure after inventory of fixtures and cleanliness check.

- Adults and children from the age of 18 (free for children under 18): 1,25 € per day per person (indicative rate in force in 2019).
