Payment methods accepted:
- Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).
- Bank or postal cheques are not accepted for payments on the spot or for any booking of a stay of 30 days or more before arrival
- Bank transfer only for stays of 30 consecutive nights or more linked to a rental contract
Deposit and security deposit :
- Stay of 2 nights to 29 nights: 200 € per flat to be paid on arrival (by credit card) and returned on the day of departure after inventory of fixtures.
- Stay of 30 consecutive nights or more: 1 month's rent collected (or 2 months for tenants from outside the European Economic Area), collected by bank transfer only before entering the accommodation and returned within 2 months after the inventory of fixtures.
In order to establish a rental contract for a period of one month or more, documents, depending on the status of the future tenant, must be provided before the application is accepted: identity document issued by the French administration, work contract or employment certificate, last 3 pay slips, last tax notice, K-Bis extract, pension slips, accountant's certificate, etc.: please contact us.

The APL application must be made when you move into the rental property. In fact, the tenant must have signed the contract in order to submit the application. The APL starts to be paid 2 months after the start date of the tenancy and is not retroactive. It is advisable to start renting before the first day of the first month.
Mandatory tourist tax to be paid on site:
- Adults over 18 years of age (under 18 years of age free of charge): 3% of the cost per person per night up to a maximum of €2.25 per adult per night.
- For stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, the accommodation is subject to the local tax applicable for occupancy on 1 January.
